Can you hold a place before I apply?
We can typically hold a property for a certain period with a signed Lease Agreement and security deposit, although the length of time can vary depending on the individual property. Please Contact Us with questions about a specific property that you are interested in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
We require individual applications for all occupants over the age of 18. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Security deposits and pet deposits are fully-refundable at move-out, although deductions for damages and/or amounts owed will be withheld. Each tenant will receive itemized accounting of all charges and credits within 30 days after move-out. -
Who needs a cosigner?
We do accept co-signers or guarantors in certain situations, but this does vary by property and can depend on several application qualifications. Please Contact Us to learn more about whether a co-signer or guarantor may be an option for you. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
The fastest, easiest way to apply for one of our properties is online via our website. Once you locate the property in our SEARCH PROPERTIES section, select the "Apply Now" icon to be guided through the online application. You can also Contact Us to request a paper application to be completed and returned. -
How do I pay rent?
Tenants are able to pay rent online via their Online Portal by ACH or credit card, processing fees may apply. We also accept payments by physical check, cashier's check, or money order. We do not accept cash, other physical currency, or cryptocurrency. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
There are certain properties that do not allow pets under any circumstance, but for many of the properties we manage we do accept pets on a case-by-case basis. We do ask that you Contact Us to complete a Pet Application/Profile for approval prior to getting a pet. Please note that this would not apply to Emotional Support (ESA) or Service Animals, although we do still require a Pet Application/Profile be completed. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Our Property Managers typically contact tenants 2-3 months prior to their lease expiration to begin the renewal process. If you wish to extend your lease prior to this period, please Contact Us to begin.
